Jim started his care with us a little over a month ago. He just picked back up on running about three months ago, but had been limited with lower back pain and left knee pain.
Now, not only are his lower back and knee feeling much better, he is also looking forward to a 6-mile uphill race very soon and is looking forward to a triathalon at the end of the year. Jim also told us that 7 out of his 10 co-workers have been out sick for several days, but he is feeling great.
I showed him a flow chart on how the brainstem has several relay stations that feed directly into the neurological control centers for our immune system. It seems like this was an added (and surprising bonus) to this gentle and effective method of "pain relief".
